Alastair Dudley graduated with an IT degree back in 1979 and started on a long and successful career that took him to South Africa, Germany, Finland and Belgium before returning to the UK. 

Having had the opportunity to embrace the principles of managing his own career and self-marketing, over the next 20 odd years he guided himself through programming, systems administration and finally into a senior mobile telecoms consultancy position in which he worked for well known names like HP, Vodafone and C&W. 

With more first hand experience of successful career management than most people could shake a stick at, he used his skills to change career and settled into executive coaching roles that saw him use his unique blend of empathy, humour and practical experience to start making a real difference to many peoples lives. 

One client described him as the "Amazing Alastair" after turning in a CV for client who had already had a bad experience with another CV writer. We choose to agree! His CV writing ability is second to none because of his extra-ordinary ability to coach clients in the art of identifying their goals and their talents; and selling themselves on paper and  in person in order to compete with an advantage in the highly competitive job-market.

Clare Somers BA (Hons) Clare has twenty years experience in coaching, mentoring and change management. 

In 2001 she made a decision to formalise what she had been doing throughout her working life, first in retail management and then in public sector management and has gone on to gain professional qualifications in career management and executive coaching.

Clare is focused on working closely with her clients to achieve their full potential. And they do... the combination of careful questioning, career management know-how and CV writing expertise means that she has successfully coached clients through career change and the ongoing challenges that all leaders face. She provides bespoke career management services for those who genuinely wish to find the right role for themselves.
